The project preparation phase is nearing completion this fall. The next key steps include:

• The three proposals submitted in early May for the general contractor bid were evaluated by a jury. Additional information has been requested, and an optimization phase is planned for this fall.
• The selected project will be unveiled at a public information session, expected in November 2023.
• Following this, the submission and consolidation of the building permit application will take place.
